Roteschemies.de is the oldest German manufacturer of red mercury. The company also produces liquid mercury from 99.99% and oxidizing.

Initially the company focused on the recycling of used mercury and various waste products containing liquid mercury, with the environment in mind. The goal is to recover this mercury as a raw material, clean it, and then return it to the economy in its purest form as red and silver mercury.

Roteschemies.de has begun producing precious metal concentrates from precious metal-containing waste and tailings and successfully vacuuming and immobilizing naturally-occurring radioactive sludge and tailings containing red mercury and silver mercury.
