HTT USA is specialized deep hole drilling technology.
Deep hole drilling has been widely used in the making of Plastic Injection Mold and Compression Mold in machining Water Lines and Venting Passages which can not be done on conventional machining centers.
Our shop is conveniently located in outskirts of Chicago at Grayslake, 40-minute drive from O’Hare Chicago International Airport, easily accessible from highway 94.
We have the experience and expertise to drill precision hole with Length/Diameter ratio > 100 for even the most difficult applications to meet your specific size, tolerance and materials.
